After much tribulation I am proud to announce that Velocity will be proudly distributing Elite Rings. I began training with rings several months ago and was amazed at the changes in my strength and balance. Excited, I attempted to buy a few pairs for clients and friends who had expressed interest.
Many, many............many moons passed and I was still unable to obtain rings from the distributor who was having substantial prodution issues. I had almost given up hope when to my delight I recieved an email from Elite last week. I promptly made a small order and am expecting them later this week. I already have several sold but if you would like to reserve a pair please email me at mark@velocityfitness.ca and I will put some aside for you. The cost is 130$ CAD / pair + GST. They are awesome, such a great tool, fully portable, and bomb-proof.

I had the opportunity to use "Mark's olympic rings" during my last strength/core training session. Wow!! I was really amazed with the variety of different exercises as well as the different levels of intensity the rings could offer. I purchased a set from Mark and am looking forward to more "ring" workouts for myself and for my family. With summer right around the corner they will be a great portable addition to my training schedule.

Honeslty I was amazed at the overall strength and balance required to do the many different exercises the rings offer. It was a great workout!
